Project Updates Form
Project name: Red Lace Edged Knitted Bolero
Progress: 50% - I've knitted up the back, the two front sections and one of the sleeves. I've made a start on the lace edging.
Problems encountered that halted progress: I think the back is a bit wide and it's a bit short.
Ways considered to solve the problem: I'm going to try blocking it into a better shape. And after this project I will only use wool for shaped garments.

Doing all the edging is going to take ages D:

I am a little confused by this shop, and I posted on the Q&A on their site several days ago with no response. I have a few questions that hopefully someone can answer:

1. Regarding reservations, do you pay the full amount first or a percentage? If percentage, how long do they expect full amount?
2. Can you only order when the item is accepting reservations?
3. Can you give me a general idea for shipping costs to US? Maybe the price for a jsk?
4. How is their quality and service?

any plus size ladies be willing to tell me what size this would fit? im about a 18/20 (though, thats debatable now. i think i might fit a 16 now) and i dont want to be completely heartbroken when it wont fit.

if not, im buying a tape measure >.>

This was a simple project but I'm very happy with the results. I decided last minute that I have so much music themed fabric lying around that I really should make something for the theme of the month, so I made this. It was a lot of fun experimenting with the serger!! Whee! <3

So right now my arms are slathered in aloe vera plant straight from the bloom because my arms are COVERED in break outs.

I´m so crazy fustrated with my skin right now I´m about to find a potatoe peeler and will go to town.

WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX MY SKIN ON MY ARMS - remember that I´m still in this dump of a country (El Salvador)

I´m at a loss, is it oil? Or too dry? Or the cheap ass soap I´m stuck using here? I have moisturisers and cleansers and stuff but my arms still keep breaking out, especially on the shoulder area and it´s fucking crazy. I cant wear anything short sleeved because my arms look terrible.

Hi! So, I've been wondering how other Lolitas incorporate lolita into their daily life? Since not many lolitas can wear Lolita daily, do you have little ways to incorporate Lolita into your life?
Do you have cute little bag charms that declare your Lolita spirit?
Or do you wear Lolita jewelry?
For me, I wear my Lolita blouses for concerts and any other school related event. And since I obviously can't wear Lolita to marching band, I wear stockings and socks that declare my love for Lolita. :D So even when I'm running around a football field, I'll feel pretty!
So, EGL, what do you do?
